Where we started!We started as a small company that was capable of filling orders from customers. Our products were customer designed and driven. We were a supplier of product components without the need for vision or development. Where we are Now!The years of experience have aged us well. We now have an understanding and concept of Reaction Injection Moulding that gives us the ability to design, develop and manufacture all the component stages from proto-type - mould design - production run. We have the ability to "Skin" the product in colours or texture. We can make the product to be dense or soft, we even make a version that is used on wheels, as the tyres. It is hard-waring and can even be "exposure" resistant. We have the concepts and understanding - but are still customer driven. We need your input and requirement - then we can advise / develop / cost-out / schedule / supply. We have the ability to "over-run", so that ready stocks of your product can be delivered under the "stamp-out" lead times. We package and Quality Control all products as they leave our factory. We use local transport companies with a direct link to delivery tracking. Where we are going!We will always be a manufacturing company that will compete with imports. Our offer is that we can respond quickly to concept changes and yet offer a local, cost effective, quality product. We use and look forward to technology advancements, but always remember that people are what we make our products for. We realise that change is inevitable - we look forward to it!
